There are 2 ways to use your V-Cup.
*GLIDING MOTION: While your skin is suctioned into the V-Cup glide it in vertical and circular motion for 2-3 minutes per session on your legs, glutes, midection, arms, etc. the places where you need it most. This will help maintain improved circulation, tone, and smooth dimple like areas on the skin.
*STATIC MOTION: Press it against your skin and allow your skin to be suctioned and leave it there for 20-30 seconds. This will help with muscle soreness.
