RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

Please review your orders carefully before finalizing to ensure correct sizing and product requests.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare products or supplements (Gel-V, Gel-V Hot, V-ody Oil, Scru-V, Trim-V, Carb Crusher, V-tox and all mini versions) nor any of our undergarments (Butt-livt, Butt-livt 2.0, V-Brief, V-thong and V-Body Suit).
We do not offer refunds or cancellations. You can request an exchange for another product of the items we do exchange, but no refunds or cancellations are issued at Vanna Belt.

GEL-VS and LOTIONS

Due to health and security purposes, all topical gels and lotions (Gel-V, Gel-V Hot, V-ody Oil, Scru-V and all mini versions) are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Please review the ingredients on each product thoroughly and make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients as there are no exceptions to this policy. Please review customers' before/after photos and all ingredients on each product thoroughly to make sure you are not allergic. Gels are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

V-BELTS AND UNDERGARMENTS

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our undergarments (Butt-livt, Butt-livt 2.0, V-Brief, V-thong and V-Body Suit). We will allow a one-time size exchange on our V-Belts (V-belt, V-belt 2.0, V-eauty Sleep, V-Body, V-vest, V-Sweats and Leggings ) within 7 days, after the date you received your order, if unused and in packaging with ALL TAGS* (attached and included). No Refunds. Please refer to the sizing chart and read carefully the instructions and watch the video(which are located within each product page) when placing your order to ensure you order the correct size. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to exchange worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be exchanged.

*TAGS are the purple and white labels that have the purple brand name, size and belt reference.

V-GEAR

For any V-Gear we will allow a one-time size exchange within 7 days if unused. No Refunds.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES

Exchanges apply to both domestic (US) and international orders and are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 7 days of the date you received your initial purchase

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Before returning any product (V-Belts or V-Gear only) to us, make sure it has all the tags and start the exchange process at:https://returns.vannabelt.com/

2. Input the order number and shipping zip code. This can be found in the order confirmation email.

3. Add items you want to exchange by clicking on the product. Eligible items will show in white. Ineligible items will be greyed out.

4. Answer the return policy question.

5. Select the new size or color.

6. Answer the return question and click on continue with return.

7. Submit return.

8. Print confirmation page and ship it with your item to our return address: Gel-V Corp. 6354 Nw 99 Ave, Doral FL, 33178 *. Gel-V Corp does not cover the return shipping cost.

Note that the above address is not a physical store location and is to be used for mailing merchandise only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return the product.

Once we receive your order back we will proceed to inspect the product and confirm you if the exchange is approved.

If it is approved, we will ship out the exchange. We will cover shipping cost (cheapest rate). If the product is not approved, it will be the purchaser's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return the product.
