WHAT TO EAT FOR BREAKFAST TO LOSE WEIGHT

Theres no question that people who start the day off with a healthy breakfast feel better and reach their weight loss goals faster than those who skip breakfast or eat junk.

I know it can be tough to decide what to make for breakfast that will keep you full throughout the morning, so today Im sharing my favorite things to make in the morning!

If youre in the mood for a savory breakfast, make a spread out of mashed avocado!

VEGETABLE OMELET

If you have time to cook in the morning, treat yourself to a delicious veggie omelet. Vegetables contribute healthy carbohydrates, and eggs add clean protein to further fuel your day.

You can add any combination of vegetables that appeal to you!

GREEN SMOOTHIES

A green smoothie is the perfect breakfast solution for a crazy morning. You can whip up a single serving in a to go blender cup!

Start with a frozen banana or frozen berries, add a big handful of kale or spinach leaves, pour in some almond milk and blend away!

EAT WELL THROUGHOUT THE DAY

When you eat one of these satisfying breakfasts, its easier to continue eating well throughout the day.

Youll have more energy, feel healthier and be better able to stick to your weight loss plan.

When you reach your target weight, you can continue enjoying the very same foods to jump start your morning and know that youre being good to your body.
