I’m not a bodybuilder, a trainer, and I’m far from being a fitness model. 😂 I’m a girl that just tries to feel good about herself, look decent in my clothes, and above all I TRY TO ENJOY MY LIFE. ✨ 🥗 🥙 I try to eat healthy Mon-Fri, but I enjoy my cheat meals on Sat-Sun 🍷🍝, if someone offers me a brownie during the week I'll eat it .. 😆 but I BALANCE myself out to look decent. If today I have a cheat meal I know I will have to behave the next few days to balance that out. I workout 3-5 times a week. I can’t deny sometimes it’s more 3 than 5 because I’m too busy. 👉🏻 People think I kill myself doing crunches and thats NOT true. Fitness shouldn't be a torture and you should enjoy your life! You just need to make little changes that add up. Drop the 🥤coke and 🧊drink water. When they ask you: 🍞bread or fruit 🍎 Say FRUIT !When you know you're soon to go to bed dont eat a plate of meat, beans and rice! Switch it up for something small. Wake up and do some jumping jacks and get your heart racing. Put in a lil sweat! 👉🏻 These things sound so insignificant but day after day you will see the changes. I know what it is to have a job and go to school cause I did that at some point of my life, I don’t know what it is to have kids but I’ve babysitted my niece for 2 hours and had to take a nap afterwards so I know it's exhausting. 😅 I, on my end work a lot. Running your own business takes time .. A LOT OF IT. I try to answer all your comments and trust me its not easy to keep up with my DMs. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to pee and I answer DMs 😂 TIME right now for me is RARE so I help myself out every day with my #VKit .
