5 tips to trim the waist and lift the booty (some are INSTANT)!

Most of us want a flat stomach, hourglass figure and perky, round butt. Obviously! How do you actually get it though…?

 2. Squat, step, and stretch your way to a perkier butt

The right kind of strength training can lift and firm your booty. Add these awesome moves to your workout routine. (They’re perfect for both beginners and gym bunnies - we promise.)

Dumbbell deadlift 10 reps

Hold a pair of dumbbells at arm’s length. Keep your feet hip width apart and bend your knees slightly. Keep your back straight and bend at the hip until your back is nearly parallel to the floor. Slowly raise back up and repeat!

Kettlebell swing 15 reps

Hold your kettlebell in both hands, keep your feet hip width apart, and bend your knees slightly. While you swing the kettlebell between your legs, bend at the waist, and keep your back straight. When you swing it back, stop at chest height, and repeat! 

Lateral band steps

Wrap a resistance band around your legs, just above the knees. Squat down like you’re about to sit on a chair, step your right foot out wide and follow it with your left foot. Then step the other way, and repeat!
