Love this faja! I’ve tried a few others for workout support/sweat intensity and none were as comfortable while keeping there shape and tightness. Started with an XL early this year. Had a tummy tuck 7 weeks ago. Went to a L 1 week post-op. Now im ready for M. I can see and feel the waist training and support. Buying a second one for workouts and waist training. So happy with the continuing results!

I love my v-belt 2.0. I have the original v-belt and loved it. But since getting a tummy tuck I wanted a little more coverage so I got the v-belt 2.0. When I realized I ordered the wrong size I sent an email to correct the matter and I wasn’t sure if I would get the new size in time. But I did receive the size I needed. It fits great and I’m happy. Do I need to wear V-Belt when I exercise?

No, it is not required but rather recommended.

Do I need to wear the V-Belt all day, will this make it function better?

We suggest you consistently wear it at least once a day for 15 minutes – 1 hour.

What is V-Belt made of?

We created our belt for comfort and functionality. It primarily consists of soft cotton (94%) and flexible spandex (6%). Although its design is for compression, some clients may prefer to use it for short periods of time. We recommend new users to apply Gel-V prior to V-Belt, then exercise with our waist trimmer for 15 minutes. This could facilitate you getting used to wearing it the first few days. After that the ideal time would be exercising for 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. If you find that you can keep it on for longer, we recommend its use with Gel-V even throughout the day.

Are V-Belt Results Permanent?

The (semi) permanent results of waist training is dependent on a number of factors, including your body’s current state and your genetic pre-disposition, the quality of your corset and its compatibility with your body, and the way you train in your corset. You must consistently wear it if you want to maintain your results.
